Pre-University Foundation Programme
International students require specific skills and preparation in order study at University in the UK. This course is specifically designed to help students develop these skills and to fully prepare them for their undergraduate degrees. The candidate will learn essential knowledge and skills required to prepare them for their undergraduate degrees.

This course is an undergraduate foundation course which allows international students to develop the basic skills and knowledge required to study at University in Ireland. The programme advances students skills and knowledge in business and computing subjects as well as enhancing their English language fluency.
Pre-University Foundation Programme admission requirements
Applicants will need to have proof of IELTS level 4.0 or equivalent and will have to take a language placement test before successful entry to this course. Basic computer skills are also required. All applications are considered and individually assessed.

Modules are examined via a range of methods including assignments, examinations, skills demonstrations, presentations, oral and aural assessment.
