Qualification Aim of Level 2 Introductory Award The aim of the Level 2 Introductory Award in Administrative Management is to introduce the basics of administration and its role and importance in the workplace.

It also aims to provide the basis from which more advanced administrative skills and knowledge can be developed.

This is an open access programme; no prior work or learning experience is required.

candidate must complete all three units: assessment of this qualification is in two parts:

Arrow Icon Unit 2 Individuals within the organisation
Arrow Icon Unit 3 Organisational skills
Arrow Icon Multiple choice examination
